What is divination? Who am I asking?

We think of divination as a way of opening a conversation with your higher self—the deeper part of you that sees more than your everyday mind can see. Maybe it’s the part of you that you carry from life to life, the part that remembers more, understands more, and has a much wider view of where you’ve been and where you’re going. When you pull a tarot card, cast something, ask the stars, or use any other form of divination, we don’t necessarily think you’re asking some outside force to tell you what to do. We think you’re creating a language through which that wiser part of yourself can answer. The symbols give it something to speak through, and for a moment, you get to hear from the version of you that can see the whole map instead of just the few feet of road directly ahead.

If you’re a free member, you can check in with us once a day with one tarot question, one horary question, and one timing question. Paid members can ask as often as they’d like, and their answers include a little more depth and detail. If you want the fullest interpretation, you can also choose a $5 reading for a more complete look at your question.

All divination readings and interpretations offered here are provided for entertainment and personal reflection only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other expert advice; you remain responsible for the choices and decisions you make based on any reading.
